A QUIET PLACE | Kiri's Oekaki Town

I think common-sense type rules should be sufficient for now (no hate/bigotry/etc). Oekaki has no way to filter for content, and the work on the rest of my site often has blood/gore/horror themes, so I think that kind of stuff is also fine, and users here should generally be aware of that. I don't personally have much issue with NSFW stuff, but that might be a case-by-case thing.
